Onboarding – the process of orienting new talent with their new workplace – can be a very mixed experience. We all know that simply giving new hires (in particular emerging professionals) a tour, a staff handbook and an ice-breaker drinks event is not enough! Designing enhanced onboarding experiences that deliver better bottom line results is something many companies have yet to fully embrace.
