The #Finito bursary programme is making a difference to emerging professionals in the UK. I feel honoured to be one of the mentors at Finito Education and it’s given me a chance to follow my coaching passion – supporting new talent. It is such a privilege to be able to serve graduates as they transition from education into the workplace and emerging professionals starting out on their career journey.
It is so rewarding to watch people build confidence and grow into their workplace, but that’s only half the story.
Learning is a two-way process, so I use my experience to coach leaders and middle management on how to make their workplace a better fit for younger teams.
I have learned that talent retention is a dialogue… and sometimes both sides need a translator!
