Living aware is the key to finding the right career role, whether that means reviewing your current role or deciding what you want from a new one. It’s the start of recognising your personal values, and finding your purpose. Which sounds great, but how do you actually do it?
This self-awareness exercise is a good start: Think of a recent work problem – are you happy with your response or do you find yourself excusing your actions in some way? If you could do it again, would you respond differently? Be honest. Now try the same exercise with a work success.
