There are many metrics and KPIs out there, and I use these with clients.
EQ (Empathy Quotient) – measuring how much you understand the unique pressures of new hires and emerging professionals (rent, travel, COVID, fears etc.). Is there a support system?
LQ (Listening Quotient) – measure how well your line managers listen (and report) the needs and concerns of the people they manage. How well do they know their teams?
PQ (Professionalism Quotient) – how does your organisation increase the professionalism and mindfulness of employees through coaching and training?
However you measure it, these are the pillars of success for talent retention in 2022.
